Navigator HR is seeking an organized Operations Officer to support daily rider operations, cash collection, wallet monitoring, and rider onboarding. The role involves maintaining records, communicating with riders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The position requires 2+ years of relevant operations experience, strong attention to detail with cash and records, and proficiency with computer-based systems. Monday–Saturday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, location Bahria Town.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant operations experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with cash, balances, and records.
• Proficient in computer-based systems and data entry.
• Organised, reliable, and able to follow up with riders professionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash collection from riders and maintain accurate collection records.
• Monitor rider wallets and ensure outstanding balances are cleared on time.
• Contact riders regarding payments, wallet balances, and operational concerns.
• Assist in assigning orders to riders and follow up to support timely deliveries.
• Operate the relevant system and keep operational records updated.
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and coordination.
