• Reconcile rider accounts and settlements

Responsibilities

• Collect cash from riders and ensure timely cash settlements
• Maintain records of cash collections and rider wallet balances
• Follow up with riders to clear outstanding balances
• Update the system and reconcile rider accounts
• Prepare daily cash collection reports and track pending balances
• Coordinate with riders to resolve discrepancies and settlement issues
• Ensure riders remain available to accept orders when required
