Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations to optimize revenue processes and enhance the client experience across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate pricing, ACV reporting in Power BI, and efficient processes while mentoring junior staff and leading key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Expertise in Salesforce reporting and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration across stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce, partnering with sales for strategic clients.
• Fix starting/ending ACV in Salesforce to ensure accurate Power BI dashboards.
• Lead cross-team projects to reduce CPQ Order Return rates and manage suspensions.
• Serve as subject matter expert; mentor junior staff and influence strategy.
• Oversee daily workflows and deliverables to meet team goals.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Collaborate on data cleanup and UAT initiatives with internal partners.
• Work with management to socialize and improve department processes and metrics.
• Identify gaps and develop mechanisms to support new capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
