Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Retail Sales (KDW) to drive sales growth across Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes. You will lead the retail sales team, nurture customer relationships, and ensure achievement of business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3–4 years of sales experience in retail or home goods, strong communication skills, and the ability to read technical drawings/BOQs for customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail/home goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive KDW retail sales to meet monthly and annual targets across Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes.
• Supervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve targets and maintain service standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle from customer engagement and site measurement to quotation, order closure, and execution coordination.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, Installation and other teams for timely order execution.
• Uphold SOPs, pricing policies, documentation standards and service SLAs while identifying upsell opportunities.
