Job summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1+ year of experience in Reconciliation, finance or accounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment, with a strong understanding of retail transaction workflows. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audit processes, and driving continuous improvement across transaction operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciliation

• Complete and organize daily paperwork related to store operations.
• Reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile sales and verify store-provided data.

Expenses Management

• Review and verify daily expenses.
• Check and validate store paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Review store shortage and overage figures and investigate variances.
• Identify and process corrections to expense entries as required.
• Add and maintain expense categories to ensure proper classification.
• Prepare and distribute daily expense reports.

Stores Gas Management

• Monitor and review daily fuel shortage and overage figures across store locations.
• Track and update fuel delivery records and associated payment details.
• Review daily gas sales data and maintain backup records.
• Verify fuel-related payments in coordination with the Finance team.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
