About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented andexperienced Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate willbring a minimum of 2 years of experience in Reconciliation, finance oraccounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment, with astrong understanding of retail transaction workflows. This role plays a keypart in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audit processes, and drivingcontinuous improvement across transaction operations.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Complete and organize daily paperwork related to store operations.
• Reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile sales and verify store-provided data

Expenses Management

• Review and verify daily expenses.
• Check and validate store paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Review store shortage and overage figures and investigate variances.
• Identify and process corrections to expense entries as required.
• Add and maintain expense categories to ensure proper classification.
• Prepare and distribute daily expense reports.
• Monitor and reviewdaily fuel shortage and overage figures across store locations.
• Track and updatefuel delivery records and associated payment details.
• Review daily gassales data and maintain backup records.
• Verify fuel-relatedpayments in coordination with the Finance team.

Shift Time:

• 07:00 PM to 04:00AM Pakistan Standard Time

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting,or a related field.
