Job summary

Nadeem’s Buffet, a premier buffet restaurant in Lahore, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to grow event revenue by building client relationships and coordinating dining experiences. You will manage the full sales cycle for birthdays, corporate events, and private functions, while coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver flawless events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell catering, banquet, restaurant, or private-event services and consistently follow up on leads.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities with families, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Working knowledge of event planning, menu coordination, quotations, contracts, deposits, and booking schedules.
• Strong coordination skills for working with kitchen, service, décor, and operations teams.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, customer records, sales reports, and standard office software.
• Professional presentation, customer focus, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple bookings under deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of the Lahore events and hospitality market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for birthdays, family gatherings, corporate functions, weddings, and private events.
• Generate and follow up on catering and private-event leads through referrals, local outreach, inquiries, and relationship building.
• Understand client requirements, recommend menus and event packages, and prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Conduct venue tours, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and close bookings.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, customer database, booking calendar, and regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, décor, and operations teams to ensure event details are delivered as promised.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
