Job summary

EnergyLIB in Rawalpindi invites an energetic Residential Energy Sales Manager to drive frontline sales for PV+storage solutions. You will cover Rawalpindi and northern Pakistan, visiting installers, dealers and end users to promote reliable home energy storage.

With 3+ years in PV, energy storage or inverter sales, you will manage the full sales cycle, tailor solutions, and coordinate installations while building strong dealer relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; Electrical Engineering or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to residential PV installers, inverter agents, and battery dealers in Rawalpindi and Northern Pakistan.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead screening and solution recommendation to order implementation.
• Promote "PV + Energy Storage" solutions tailored to local needs (backup power, self-consumption).
• Provide frontline support to partners regarding product selection, quotations, and installation coordination.
• Collect market intelligence on pricing and competitor dynamics.
