Job summary

EnergyLIB is expanding its residential energy storage business and seeks a dynamic Residential Energy Sales Manager to drive frontline sales across Islamabad and Northern Pakistan. You will lead field visits to installers, dealers, and end users, managing the full sales cycle from lead screening to order implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in PV/energy storage sales, plus 2+ years in frontline/channel sales or dealer management; English is mandatory, Urdu a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Electrical Engineering or Marketing preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Pakistan’s PV/energy storage in Pakistan.
• At least 2 years of frontline/channel sales or dealer management.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential PV installers, inverter agents, and battery dealers in Islamabad and Northern Pakistan.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead screening to order implementation.
• Promote PV + Energy Storage solutions tailored to local needs (backup power, self-consumption).
• Provide frontline support to partners on product selection, quotations, and installation coordination.
