Job summary

EnergyLIB, a Lahore-based residential energy company, is seeking a Residential Energy Sales Manager to lead frontline sales for PV+Storage solutions in Lahore and Punjab. You will drive high-frequency visits to installers, dealers, and end users to promote home energy storage systems.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead screening to order execution, tailor PV+Storage offerings to local needs, and coordinate installation with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Electrical Eng or Marketing preferred).
• 3+ years of PV/energy storage sales experience.
• ≥2 years frontline/channel sales or dealer management.
• Familiar with Lahore market and installer/dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to residential PV installers, inverter agents, and battery dealers in Lahore.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead screening to order implementation.
• Promote PV + Energy Storage solutions tailored to local needs (backup power, self-consumption).
• Provide frontline support to partners on product selection, quotations, and installation coordination.
• Collect market intelligence on pricing and competitor dynamics.
