Job summary

EnergyLIB in Multan, Pakistan is seeking a Residential Energy Sales Manager to lead frontline sales and customer coverage for PV plus storage solutions. You will drive sales through high-frequency visits to installers, dealers, and end users, tailoring offerings to local needs and ensuring a smooth order cycle.

The role requires a strong background in PV, energy storage, or related electrical sectors, with 3+ years of sales experience and 2+ years in frontline or dealer management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Marketing.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Pakistan’s PV, energy storage, inverter, or battery industry.
• 2+ years in frontline/channel sales or dealer management.
• Familiar with Multan local market and installer/dealer networks.
• English proficiency; Urdu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to residential PV installers, inverter agents, and battery dealers in Multan.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead screening to order implementation.
• Promote PV + Energy Storage solutions tailored to local needs (backup power, self-consumption).
• Provide frontline support to partners on product selection, quotations, installation coordination.
• Collect market intelligence on pricing and competitor dynamics.
