Job summary

Scatec ASA is seeking an Asset Manager to take ownership of commercial, contractual, financial and operational performance for renewable energy projects in Pakistan. You will protect and enhance asset value through strong stakeholder management, financing compliance, disciplined reporting and continuous improvement in plant performance.

Qualifications

• CA or ACCA qualified and member of ICA/ACCA.
• 3-6 years of asset management, project finance, infrastructure, power or renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, financial modelling, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in contract administration, financing compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and BI tools.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial, contractual, financial and operational management of renewable energy projects through the lifecycle.
• Manage project SPVs and ensure compliance with shareholder, financing, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Act as primary contact for Boards, lenders, regulators, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance via P&L, cash flow forecasts, budgets and financial models.
• Oversee financing arrangements, including disbursements, debt servicing and covenants.
• Oversee EPC, O&M, PPA, financing and other contracts and reporting systems.
• Drive initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency, profitability and cost control.
