Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to transform our warm lead pipeline into a highly automated, reliable engine. You will architect complex configurations and deliver Deluge workflows that maximize conversion across client engagements.

You are a technical power user who communicates clearly with sales teams and translates business needs into scalable Zoho solutions, while working fully remotely with international teams through Huzzle’s network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator.
• Skilled in Deluge scripting and building custom automations.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho modules, layouts, and advanced reporting.
• Ability to design and optimize warm lead conversion workflows.
• Excellent communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Zoho CRM configurations for the sales lifecycle.
• Develop automations, blueprints, and workflows for warm lead management.
• Audit and optimize CRM data integrity and performance.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and internal systems.
• Serve as internal Zoho SME and troubleshoot issues.
