Job summary

WeTrackAds is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to own day-to-day administration, optimization, and reporting of the HubSpot environment. You will ensure clean data, efficient workflows, and reliable insights for marketing, sales, and service teams, acting as the go-to HubSpot expert.

You will configure properties, pipelines, user permissions, and views; build automations, dashboards, and campaigns; manage data quality; and train team members while writing best-practice guides.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration or marketing/sales operations.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, custom objects/properties, reporting, and lead lifecycle management.
• Experience with data migration, imports, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, lead scoring, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs), including properties, pipelines, user permissions, teams, and views.
• Build and maintain automation: workflows, lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle stage progression, and sequences.
• Manage data quality: deduplication, imports, segmentation, enrichment, and regular database audits.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports on funnel performance, pipeline, attribution, and campaign ROI.
• Build email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lists in partnership with the marketing team.
• Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, ad platforms, webinar and billing tools) and troubleshoot sync issues.
• Support sales with deal stages, quotes, tasks, and playbooks.
• Train and onboard team members, and write documentation and best-practice guides.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase conversion and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent management).
• Knowledge on improvement of email deliverability
