Job summary

HR Ways is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote role in the US time zone. You will generate and manage sales opportunities via email, phone, and chats, qualify leads, and prepare quotes while maintaining Zoho CRM data accurately.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Order Processing teams to move deals forward and support account reps with up-to-date customer information and materials.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Reps with up-to-date customer information and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins.
