Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles.
• Native or fluent Hindi / Punjabi and fluent English (C1–C2).
• Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video.
• Willing to work Pacific Time (PT) aligned with San Francisco.

Responsibilities
