Noora Health is expanding its Care Companion Program through a WhatsApp-based Remote Engagement Service (RES) to assist families with medical and non-medical questions in regional languages. You will engage with caregivers, respond to queries, and document interactions per protocol.

Ideal candidates are fresh BSc Nursing graduates with language proficiency in Punjabi and optional Hindi, comfortable with Android devices and common web tools, and willing to work 8 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with BSc Nursing are welcome, with 0–2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all tech platforms for the Remote Engagement Service (RES) including copilot, RapidPro, Turn, Text-it, WhatsApp etc.
• Respond to queries from patients and families as trained by the team.
• Translate questions from regional languages (Punjabi/Hindi) to English for the medical team.
• Document conversations per protocols.
• Keep RES reports updated on the drive.
• Call families in Punjabi/Hindi and record call details as required.
• Conduct surveys as needed.
• Participate in additional RES activities.
