Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Applicants from Colombia, Pakistan, Venezuela, and Honduras are preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.
• Proficient with computers, VoIP, and web-based tools.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Functional PC or laptop with updated OS and working headset.
