Soum is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, and investor reporting for a fast-growing e-commerce startup. You will build the annual budget, rolling 13-week cash flow, and weekly commentary on financial performance.

Your role includes owning KPI dashboards for GMV, take rate, contribution margin, CAC, and payback, plus partnering with teams to optimize spend and drive scalable growth. Experience in startups and automation is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing business KPIs.
• Strong understanding of startup finance, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual operating budget and rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Own KPI dashboards covering GMV, take rate, contribution margin, CAC, and payback period.
• Publish weekly metrics with clear commentary.
• Conduct monthly spend reviews across departments and identify variances with root-ccause analysis.
• Model unit economics for new initiatives, pricing, and expansion opportunities; use AI tools for scenario analysis.
• Prepare investor updates, board materials, and management presentations; support fundraising data room preparation.
