Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights, optimize costs and drive performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, IFRS familiarity, and proficiency with SAP/ERP, OneStream and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
• IFRS experience is a must.
• Experience within manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the month-end close process, including reconciling project costs, accruals, and WIP balances for accurate financial reporting.
• Recognize revenue based on percentage-of-completion or milestone billing, and review project budgets against actuals to investigate variances with project managers.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and project profitability reports within established closing deadlines.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure timely close and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
