Job summary

Murkez Technologies is seeking a Sr FP&A Executive to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. The role partners with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance across all units.

You will own the monthly/quarterly reporting, analytics, and strategic insights while ensuring robust controls and scalable financial processes. This USA-based collaboration offers exposure to international markets, competitive compensation, and opportunities to advance in ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan is a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with proven stakeholder influence.
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or multi-entity environments preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or automation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and long-range planning tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analyses and executive insights.
• Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, investment planning, and cost optimization.
• Manage and enhance financial systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, board presentations, and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial planning.
