Home Pick is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to grow our ecommerce brand remotely. You will own social media content, influencer programs, and performance tracking across platforms.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with ecommerce content strategies, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships, plus the ability to use AI tools to create engaging content and videos.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Experience with ecommerce, DTC, or agency brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Experience with affiliate/creator platforms such as Amazon Creator Connections and Levanta.
• Strong influencer outreach, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing influencer contracts, deliverables, payouts, and commissions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage calendars, samples, campaigns and creator relationships.
• Experience creating social media content including AI-generated or AI-assisted videos.
• Proven ability to analyze engagement and conversion data and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Plan and execute high-quality social media content.
• Create engaging visual and written content, including AI-assisted video content.
• Manage daily postings and actively engage with the online community.
• Monitor audience interactions and build brand engagement.
• Maintain secure access for social accounts and creator permissions.
