Job summary

Cordatus Resource Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support the marketing team in executing modern social media strategies for our internal brand and client accounts. You will manage day-to-day content creation, social SEO/AEO optimization, AI-assisted repurpose, DM community management, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 02+ years of experience in social media management or agency roles.
• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or marketing.
• Platform literacy with native features and social SEO/AEO principles.
• Familiarity with design tools, scheduling platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US-based audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and schedule monthly content calendars with copy and visuals.
• Apply social keyword research to improve content ranking and discovery.
• Use AI tools for content repurposing and video editing workflows.
• Produce and edit short-form video content and carousel graphics.
• Monitor brand channels daily and maintain consistent brand voice.
• Design native conversion funnels to drive sales, sign-ups, and DM automations.
• Track weekly/monthly analytics and assist with client presentations.
