Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in our tech resourcing practice. You will identify high-value sales opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and expand our footprint in AI, FinTech, and Insurance sectors.

You will work in a fully remote setting with core overlap hours in London time, targeting ambitious clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond. A strong track record in recruitment sales and meeting-booking is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience pitching to K execs with documented success.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting daily and monthly KPIs.
• Ability to work remotely with timezone overlap between 11:00 and 16:00 London time.

Responsibilities

• Define and map the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify high-growth target accounts.
• Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling and pitching to engage key decision-makers.
• Identify 20 target clients daily, ensuring personalized engagement and connection.
• Book and attend discovery meetings to uncover live hiring requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline to achieve a monthly contribution target of £15,000.
• Bridge the gap between client needs and resourcing solutions, ensuring active interview cycles for provided candidates.
