Job summary

Avaza Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. You will identify leads, generate opportunities, and qualify prospects under the guidance of Account Executives.

Your role is to set up and execute a robust sales process to widen Avaza’s customer base. You will conduct outreach, schedule demos, and maintain clear communications to move prospects through the funnel, while recording interactions in the CRM and collaborating with Sales and Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or finance.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to address customer needs.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
• Sales processes and outbound prospecting experience preferred.
• LinkedIn prospecting to engage with decision-makers for growth.
• Solid knowledge of Avaza’s offerings and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• IT skills including MS Office and G-Suite with CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and target industries for Avaza’s tools.
• Generate high-quality top-of-funnel leads for account executives.
• Research and assess lead suitability, budget, and decision process.
• Initiate contact and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain clear communication to nurture prospects through the funnel.
• Accurately record lead data and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
