Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote role. You will drive outbound growth, build a robust pipeline, and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on B2B sales or SDR experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong communication.
• Reliable remote workstation setup and stable internet.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Outbound Outreach: multi-channel outreach to generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Account Mapping & Prospect Research: identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: assess pain points, goals, budget, and environment.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: present product value to corporate buyers.
• CRM Management: maintain records in Salesforce.
• Collaborative Strategy: refine scripts and targeting with leadership.
• Target Achievement: hit monthly KPIs, booked meetings, and revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: follow-up and maintain prospect satisfaction.
