Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills.
• Experience selling into home services or local businesses is a plus.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and research home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
