Speakeasy is a legal marketing company helping solo attorneys and boutique law firms grow. DocketWorks is a Speakeasy subsidiary offering virtual paralegal support.

The SDR position is fully remote with a flexible day schedule. You will onboard, generate leads, set appointments, and follow up to build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. Compensation includes base pay plus bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at bilingual or native level.
• Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection.
• Own a functional computer and headset.
• Tenacious attitude with lead generation targets.
• Willingness to learn the Sandler sales methodology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle unfamiliar people.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: formal training on our business, legal marketing/support, and your role.
• Lead generation: you receive a daily list of leads with a proven script and qualifying criteria.
• Appointment setting: call leads, build rapport, qualify, and schedule strategy sessions.
• Follow-up: maintain detailed records and follow up as needed.
• You will not be required to close deals or collect money; goal is to secure appointments.
