Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, business development, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Direct experience working with senior leaders, founders, executives, physicians, or business owners.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage several responsibilities in a startup or rapidly changing environment.
• Experience solving problems independently with minimal instruction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence facilitating meetings and business conversations.
• Ability to organize information and communicate progress clearly.
• Good judgment with sensitive or difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive physician acquisitions and expand the network of physician and medical-practice partners.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective physician partners and explain Pillar's services clearly.
• Communicate fees, billing structure, workflow, and partnership expectations.
• Understand client needs and identify how Pillar can support them.
• Follow up on opportunities and move prospects toward partnership.
• Improve discovery and conversion processes based on feedback and results.
• Coordinate with dietitians, virtual trainers, and administrative staff to support partnerships.
