VIDIZMO, an AI software company, is seeking a hands-on marketing operations professional with 2+ years building programs in HubSpot, strong English communication, and an engineer's habit of fixing what breaks and measuring what works.

You’ll build and run the partner program systems—HubSpot workflows, deal registrations, partner tiers, health scores and content—using AI tools to automate and improve, with registrations reaching business development within one day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in marketing operations or partner marketing for software.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, sequences, forms, lists and reporting.
• Experience publishing website and email content.
• Experience automating your routine work with AI.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript to connect tools.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the partner program in HubSpot with workflows and health scores.
• Own the deal registration form and partner dashboard.
• Ensure registrations reach BD within one day.
• Publish partner content and enablement materials.
• Connect tools and automate routine partner workflows.
• Track performance and improve the program.
• Use Claude or similar AI daily for research and automation.
