FreightHop, a London-based AI technology startup, seeks a Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative to engage US trucking companies. This remote Lahore-based role requires excellent spoken English and knowledge of the US trucking industry, with an evening shift and a PKR salary of 45,000–80,000.

As an entry-level, full-time position, you will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, book demos, and build rapport with decision-makers while leveraging CRM tools and sales dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal communication and confident, professional spoken English for conversations with US-based customers.
• Demonstrated ability to make outbound cold calls, build rapport quickly, and sustain productive conversations.
• Understanding of consultative selling, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
• Ability to explain a technology-enabled service in simple, customer-focused language.
• Good listening, probing, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working with CRM systems, logs, spreadsheets, and sales activity dashboards.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, resilience, and target-oriented execution.
• Ability to work aligned with US business hours and maintain reliable attendance.
• Exposure to trucking, freight brokerage, logistics, or carrier operations is an advantage.
