Job summary

Oxiliry is seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex software projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software project management, deep SDLC and Agile expertise, and strong leadership and negotiation skills to drive performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification.
• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Zoho/Jira/Trello.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide direction and support.
• Communicate status, risks and alignment to stakeholders.

• Project Planning and Management:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables incollaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Communication:
