Job summary

Everis is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own paid acquisition, ASO, and monetization for a remote mobile app. You will own end-to-end campaigns across Apple Search Ads and other major channels, driving real users who convert to paying subscribers.

You will analyze funnel metrics, optimize the full growth journey from discovery to revenue, and collaborate with founders, product, design, and data teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile growth experience or exceptional early-career potential.
• Understanding of ASO across the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Experience managing Apple Search Ads and at least one other major paid platform.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition; plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across major channels.
• Own ASO end-to-end including keyword research, metadata, store creative, and ranking.
• Improve trial-to-paid conversion and optimize onboarding and paywall funnel.
• Lead creative testing and scale successful concepts.
• Monitor CAC, installs, trial starts, ROAS, retention, LTV and revenue to guide decisions.
• Identify new growth opportunities from user research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, product, design, and data teams to execute growth initiatives.
