Responsibilities
Lead the strategic roadmap for the Retail Application product, collaborating with Tech to enhance user experience. Drive user awareness and engagement through in-app options and offers. Ensure robust consumer data management. Analyze data for insights and refine user experience based on feedback. Execute targeted in-app campaigns. Support development and liaise with Sales and Marketing. Manage budgets, E-commerce platforms, and drive user growth. Collaborate for partnership campaigns and feature enhancements.
