Overview

We are looking for a Mid to Senior ASO Specialist with strong experience in mobile gaming to drive organic growth and improve app visibility across the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The role focuses on optimizing store performance through keyword strategy, creative optimization, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize installs and conversion rates.

Requirements / Skills & Tools

• 3–6+ years of experience in ASO or mobile growth marketing (gaming experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) principles and store ranking algorithms
• Hands‑on experience with ASO tools such as:
  • App Annie (data.ai)
  • Sensor Tower
  • Mobile Action
  • ASOdesk
• Expertise in keyword research, metadata optimization, and localization
• Strong knowledge of app store creative optimization (icons, screenshots, preview videos)
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical skills using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Firebase
• Understanding of mobile gaming KPIs such as installs, CPI, retention, LTV, and conversion rate
• Strong knowledge of mobile gaming market trends and competitor analysis
• Experience working on organic growth strategies for mobile apps/games

Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage mobile game listings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store to improve visibility and organic installs
• Drive organic growth through continuous improvement of ASO strategy
• Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for better rankings
• Improve conversion rates through high-quality store creatives and structured A/B testing
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for app store performance optimization
• Monitor key performance metrics including installs, conversion rate, retention, and LTV
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ASO and growth strategy
• Conduct competitor analysis and track trends in the mobile gaming industry
• Collaborate with UA, design, and product teams to align ASO with game launches and live operations
• Continuously test, iterate, and scale strategies to improve store performance and organic growth
