Job summary

MCS is seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential ERP services clients from Lahore and beyond. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a startup-friendly commission structure.

First 2 months are a performance-based trial; transition to base salary + commission based on results. Strong networking and persistence are essential as you build client relationships and schedule discovery calls.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads for ERP services.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Present and introduce MCS services to potential clients.
• Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects.
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups.
