Job summary

MCS is seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential ERP services clients from Lahore and beyond. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a startup-friendly commission structure.

First 2 months are a performance-based trial; transition to base salary + commission based on results. Strong networking and persistence are essential as you build client relationships and schedule discovery calls.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
