Qualifications

• 2+ years of service desk experience in MSP
• MUST have strong communication skills
• Experience with Windows OS and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support via phone, email, chat
• Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop/printer issues
• Assist with password resets, account unlocks
• Document incidents in ServiceNow
• Escalate complex issues as needed
• Follow SLAs and ensure first-call resolution
