Job summary

Naymet is seeking an experienced IT Engineering Manager to support operations across the GCC region. The role is remote, coordinating with regional teams to manage proposals, vendor coordination, solution development, and engineering support for enterprise IT, networking and data center projects.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong documentation skills and familiarity with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, and other major technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing technical proposals.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with government tenders is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities across GCC operations.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender specifications.
• Develop technical solutions and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with international and local technology vendors.
• Prepare technical BOQs, compliance matrices, and solution documentation.
• Support presales activities and customer technical discussions.
• Review project designs before submission.
• Assist project teams during execution when technical clarification is required.
• Maintain engineering standards and documentation.
• Support remote engineering activities for multiple countries simultaneously.
