Job summary

COLAB PK is hiring a Sales Representative (Remote) to sell website development and digital marketing services to US-based businesses. The role requires proven cold-calling experience with US clients and a strong outbound sales mindset.

You will generate new opportunities, qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining accurate records and pipeline. This remote position offers commission on closed deals and potential earnings growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in websites/digital marketing/services.
• Experience cold calling US businesses is required.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and prospecting.
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Excellent English communication skills with US clients.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment experience.
• Experience in a digital marketing or web development agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to US-based businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prospect and identify businesses that could benefit from website development and digital marketing services.
• Present website solutions and communicate their value clearly to potential clients.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closing a deal.
