Job summary

Brightwheel in Islamabad is seeking a SaaS sales leader to serve as the second-in-command to the Sales Director Pakistan. You will own day-to-day execution and manage 3+ frontline Sales Managers, calibrating coaching and building strong accountability across a 25–30 SDR team.

You will run weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and development plans, using SFDC and Gong to inform coaching. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manager-of-managers experience in a SaaS sales environment.
• Experience leading SDR motion at scale.
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into SMART goals and cadences.
• Proven ability to coach managers and drive accountability.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Be second-in-command to the Sales Director Pakistan; manage day-to-day execution.
• Own direct manager relationships; run 1:1s and development plans for 3+ managers.
• Translate strategy into execution with structured cadences for 25–30 SDRs.
• Run operating cadence: pipeline reviews, scorecarding, and forecasting using SFDC and Gong.
• Develop next layer of leaders by creating structured development pathways.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, Enablement, and US leadership to improve lead flow and strategy.
• Lead by Brightwheel values and maintain high leadership standards across the team.
