Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Operations Lead to expand physician partnerships and strengthen operational systems. You will act as a bridge between leadership, physicians, and patients, driving growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The role requires deep hands-on involvement in discovery, client conversion, and operational support, with a focus on practical AI-enabled improvements across workflows and communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across business operations, executive support, business development, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously in a startup or rapidly changing environment.
• Experience solving problems independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Practical experience using AI tools for business or productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for attracting physician and clinic partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls and articulate Pillar's services and partnership terms.
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and staff to support physician partners and patients.
• Lead executive communications and daily updates with leadership.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve workflows and implement practical solutions.
