Bionic Talent in Karachi is seeking a Recruiter to join our international, remote team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for client vacancies, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and conduct screenings and interviews to deliver top talent.

This role suits professionals with 1–2 years of recruitment experience who are eager to grow and earn USD-pegged uncapped commissions on successful placements. Remote work from Karachi is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of recruitment experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely in Karachi.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for client vacancies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Conduct screening and competency-based interviews.
Coordinate final interview scheduling with the senior recruiter.
Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build long‑term relationships with candidates.
Consistently meet recruitment KPIs and placement targets.
