Job summary

Altak Group Inc. is expanding its US Government Contracting division and seeks a highly analytical Proposal Writer & Compliance Manager. You will read complex US government RFPs, craft technical execution plans in polished English, and ensure 100% legal compliance before submission to federal portals.

You will coordinate with leadership and U.S.-based partners to assemble resumes, past performance data, and technical inputs, delivering a compelling bid on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Federal proposal writing or government contract compliance.
• Fluent English writing, able to turn complex data into persuasive proposals.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS; experience with federal procurement portals.

Responsibilities

• Read RFPs, RFIs, and PWS; create compliance matrices and deadlines.
• Draft executive summaries, management structures, and technical sections.
• Ensure 100% accuracy against FAR/DFARS; manage forms and page limits.
• Coordinate with leadership and partners to gather inputs and resumes.
• Package, format, and submit final proposals via SAM.gov or portals.
