Job summary

Invention Cell Wholesale is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Listing Specialist to manage product listings on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. You will write SEO-focused titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords, and oversee images, SKUs, attributes, and catalog updates.

The role requires 1–2+ years of experience with Amazon/Walmart listings, strong English writing, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience with Amazon and/or Walmart product listings.
• Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and keyword research.
• Strong written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience managing a large product catalog will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Walmart
• Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend/search keywords
• Upload and manage product images, variations, SKUs, and product attributes
• Conduct basic keyword and competitor research
• Optimize existing listings to improve search ranking and conversion
• Manage product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and listing information
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and category/attribute issues
• Ensure product listings follow Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies
• Monitor listing performance and make improvements when required
• Coordinate with the design/content team for product images and creatives
• Maintain accurate product data in spreadsheets and internal systems
