Guide participants through verification steps, monitor progress, coordinate with local operations, and maintain records of interactions and follow-ups. A Diploma or Degree and strong English communication are preferred; prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Explain the process, requirements and next steps clearly.
• Guide participants through verification steps and assist throughout the process.
• Monitor progress and follow up to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with local operations teams and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Build positive communication and provide timely support to encourage ongoing engagement.
• Perform other ad hoc customer service and operational duties as assigned.
