Alpha Iota is inviting you to join our remote-friendly team. Respond promptly to inbound leads via Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp and other channels, and provide clear information about the process, requirements, and next steps.

Guide participants through verification steps, monitor progress, coordinate with local operations, and maintain records of interactions and follow-ups. A Diploma or Degree and strong English communication are preferred; prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field.
Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads via Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp and other channels.
Explain the process, requirements and next steps clearly.
Guide participants through verification steps and assist throughout the process.
Monitor progress and follow up to ensure milestones are met.
Coordinate with local operations teams and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Build positive communication and provide timely support to encourage ongoing engagement.
Perform other ad hoc customer service and operational duties as assigned.
