Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, communication, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different individuals.
• Highly responsive and able to handle inbound inquiries in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good organizational and follow‑up skills to manage multiple participants and ongoing conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable communicating through messaging platforms such as Messenger, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to established processes.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads received through acquisition campaigns via Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other designated communication channels.
• Answer inquiries professionally and provide clear information about the process, requirements, and next steps.
• Guide participants through the required verification steps and assist them throughout the process.
• Monitor and follow up with active participants to ensure they progress smoothly through the required milestones.
• Coordinate closely with local operations teams to track participant status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of participant interactions, progress, and follow-up activities.
• Build positive communication with participants and provide timely support to encourage continued engagement.
• Perform other ad hoc customer service and operational duties as assigned.
