Job summary

TeamFicient is seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager / Coordinator to oversee project administration and act as the central liaison for a General Contracting firm based in Atlanta. You will work with senior leadership and external consultants to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, foundational construction workflow knowledge, vendor coordination, and end-to-end ownership of project organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management or coordination.
• Foundational knowledge of General Contracting and construction workflows.
• Proven client management and vendor coordination experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across active project lifecycles.
• Provide project status updates and address client inquiries.
• Coordinate vendor schedules and follow up on deliverable commitments.
• Manage day-to-day project workflows, ensuring paperwork, milestone approvals, and schedule adjustments stay on track.
• Monitor task progress and prepare leadership summaries.
