Job summary

Corporate Panorama is seeking a Project Controls professional to support construction projects through procurement, scheduling, contracts, and project controls. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, coordinators, and our contracts & procurement team to manage lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, with hands-on use of Procore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6, plus strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred in construction management or project controls.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with day-to-day tracking, coordination and documentation.
• Create and maintain project schedules (3-week lookaheads, baselines, updates).
• Use Procore, MS Project and Primavera P6 for scheduling and forecasting.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Track budgets, cost forecasts and billing in coordination with finance.
