Qualifications

• Practical experience recording transactions and maintaining ledgers, journals, and supporting records.

• Competence with spreadsheets, including accurate data entry, formulas, sorting, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting software and ability to maintain well‑organized digital files.
• Strong attention to detail when checking figures, matching documents, and identifying discrepancies.
• Ability to protect confidential financial information and follow consistent documentation procedures.
• Clear communication and coordination skills for resolving missing or inconsistent transaction details.
• Reliable time management and ability to meet regular bookkeeping and reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and classify daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile bank, cash, and supplier accounts.
